Serrata Group In this group we have couple of caridina species, very similar to each other form morphological point of view. You shouldn't keep shrimps from this group in one tank because they may be crossbreeding. In this group we have very popular Caridina sp. Crystal Red, Caridina sp. Biene and Caridina sp "Tiger". According to Mustafa Ucozler from http://www.petshrimp.com they might crossbreed with Caridina sp. "Hummel" (Ucozler uses name Caridina sp. "Bumblebee") but it's not completely sure and probably "Hummel" doesn't belong to serrata group. |
