Visit at Chris Lukhaup place - February 2005 (site 4/7)
There were also tanks with gold fish and Koi carps.
Chris disappeared again, and we went back to hall to look more what's new in tanks. Jackie was still excited with crayfish accident. Person who falls in love looks exactly like this. She was day-dreaming and you could see destructors in her eyes (typical syndrome of endomorphic work). We passed by to insect breed to become food. Locust was worth to stand for a moment and look. It's a beautiful animal.
- Look Pawel, how beautiful - I heard Jackie voice from behind stack.
- Damn, I've been looking for this fish for a long time, and know I can't remind myself it's name.
It will be my pain in the ass.
- Give yourself a break, we'll ask Chris about it (He didn't know it eighter, so Pawel had to check it at home, fish name is Pramabassis Pulcinella - Jackie)
We went to see rest of the tanks. We notice a well organized filtration system. Sand filters, fluids, defoamers, UV filters and many more, cooperating machines.
I also made some pictures of interesting species: there where shellfish, Sturisoma looking after spawn on the glass and magnificent Neritina natalensis snails.
There was also whole alley of tanks with different color warrants of guppies - unfortunately I decided to photograph them later and then I completely forgot about it :(
We fixed business and went out of building. Only few more photos and we went back home.
We spend there couple of hours :) On our way back we were talking about crustaceans and music. Chris is a rock musician. He plays bass guitar so there where many subjects, but we didn't listen to "Atrocity" (Chris band).
In the evening we sat at the computer, photos and descriptions. We went deeply into conversation, but not for long - long journey and lack of sleep after last night made us go to bed.
